I'm Online Shopping for a New Bathing Suit

I don't think the Victoria's Secret "topless bikini" (above) is quite right, though. It is a one piece, but...

  1. This reminds me of one of those jumpy-thingys you hang in the doorway for babies to bounce in.

It reminds me nothing of a bathing suit.

  2. The one person that wants to see me in that swimsuit is my 10 month old nursing daughter.

When she sees me getting changed or getting out of the shower she looks at my bared upper half with desire. I swear I can hear oh yeah from ferris bueller playing.

why can't james franco have a weird fetish for 40 year old plump women covered with stretch marks?

  3. You know, for all the times I have had trouble keeping a bikini bottom from slipping down, not once did I think of tethering it to my neck. Silly me.

  4. How did they re-animate Goldie Hawn?

It's fine for that model, because clearly she has no boobs. From the neck down, that's my ten-year-old (daughter).

  5. Can it really be a bikini if it's only one piece? Also is this only for the south of France?

  6. I try to refrain from commenting on women's bodies and how they're represented in photos (in the popular media, fashion mags, etc). But I find this representation disgusting and, if I'm looking at the image through the male gaze, not sexually appealing at all. It looks like an attempt at 'heroin chic,' without the 'chic.' What the hell is VS trying to 'say' about women's bodies, and was it really necessary for them to create a "boob floss" swimsuit? (If, indeed, one has any boobs to floss, as the model clearly doesn't.) Haven't we had enough with the butt-floss bikini?
